Hi Albert, To clarify, you would like to get the all manger accounts for your gmail address using AdWords API? If yes, you can use CustomerService.getcustomers() <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerService#getcustomers> API call without specifying the client customer Id in the request header. This will return details of all the customers directly accessible by the user authenticating the call. In your cases, it will return all customer which are accessible to your gmail address.
