As a correction to my previous response, you may use the ExpandedTextAdDescription2 <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#expandedtextaddescription2> and ExpandedTextAdHeadlinePart3 <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/ad-performance-report#expandedtextadheadlinepart3> fields to pull the data about the Description 2 and Headline part 3 from the Ad Performance Report.
