Hi Yosi, Search query information cannot be retrieved through the Click Performance Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/click-performance-report> and I'm afraid there is also currently no feature via the AdWords API that what would allow you to associate search query to a specific GCLID.
