Hello Yuechen, Using the AdWords API, you will be able to set the finalUrlSuffix <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion#finalurlsuffix> of the BiddableAdGroupCriterion <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddableAdGroupCriterion>. We don't have a code sample for this but you could check the AddDemographicTargetingCriteria <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201809/targeting/AddDemographicTargetingCriteria.java> in Java for adding an ad group criterion. Code samples in other languages can be found here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/clientlibraries>. AdWords API does not have a service which will read the inputs from the google spreadsheet. You could post this question on the Google Ads Scripts forum <https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/adwords-scripts> as this may be possible via the Google Ads Scripts.
