Hi David, Due to load balancing it is expected for the batch jobs to having varying time to complete. While some jobs may only take 2 minutes, there may be a few jobs that may exceed 10 minutes. If you are seeing increased latency consistently to execute the BatchJobService, please share the batch job id and SOAP logs so that I can troubleshoot the issue. Also, please refer to bast practice guide <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#best_practices> to implement the batch job. You can use 'Reply privately to author' option while responding.
