Hi Luis, I am receiving the same error when trying to create 3 different sub-accounts, and they have each apparently been created successfully, yet I get this error. I currently have 3 copies of each sub-account, each with no campaigns.
I then manually attempted to cancel some of the accounts and was informed there was an error and I should try later.
