Could you please confirm whether you want to get whitelisted for the BudgetOrderService for the MCC ID: 108-206-0699? If yes, could you please confirm whether the consolidated billing <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2375371?hl=en> is in place? Also, you could refer this guide <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7058401?hl=en> to Set up consolidated billing.
