Hi John, With TrafficEstimatorService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TrafficEstimatorService>, you can simulate proposed campaigns and ad groups by using daily budgets. A dailyBudget <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TrafficEstimatorService.CampaignEstimateRequest#dailyBudget> is part of the CampaignEstimateRequest <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TrafficEstimatorService.CampaignEstimateRequest>, and the bid amount, called maxCpc, can be set either in the AdGroupEstimateRequest <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TrafficEstimatorService.AdGroupEstimateRequest> or the KeywordEstimateRequest <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TrafficEstimatorService.KeywordEstimateRequest> .
