Hi, Unfortunately, it is currently not possible in AdWords API using CustomerSyncService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerSyncService> to get the ID of the user who made changes to a certain campaign. It will only be possible to get information regarding the said user through the UI since the "Change history" tab includes the column "User / Date & Time" which shows the email address of the user who made the changes.
