The FILE_FORMAT_ERROR <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/BatchJobService.BatchJobProcessingError.Reason> occurs when the entire batch upload request is not formed correctly or does not meet the upload requirements listed here <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/batch-jobs#upload_requirements>. Could you please enable the logging <https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib#how-do-i-log-soap-interactions> and share the SOAP logs of the upload operation? That will help in troubleshooting the issue. You can *reply privately to author* while sharing the logs.
