Hello, You will first need to use the LabelService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/LabelService> to create the label with the specific text. In your case with the date when you updated the max CPC as the text. Once that is done, you can use the mutateLabels() method of the AdGroupService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupService> or the AdGroupCriterionService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupCriterionService> depending on at which level you want to apply the label.
