Hello Indrani, Currently, it is not possible to get the Google Analytics conversion trackers through ConversionTrackerService <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/latest/ConversionTrackerService>. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the future plans for this feature.
