Hi, You can use the Placeholder Feed Item Report <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report> and filter using the Criteria <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#criteria> and the PlaceholderType <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/placeholder-feed-item-report#placeholdertype> fields to retrieve your metrics for a specific *extension* and *keyword text* combination.
