Firstly, could you confirm if you are using the same login credentials in
logging in your Google Cloud Project previously? If yes, you could remake a
new project in your dashboard by following this guide
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/guides/authentication> and
use the new credentials to access the AdWords API. Also, there is no way to
find the number of calls you make in the AdWords API. The Standard Access
account has nothing to do on why your API solution is not found in your
dashboard.
If I misunderstood your concern, could you further elaborate your main
issue and provide screenshots of the error messages you are encountering so
I could better assist you? You may use the *Reply privately to author*
option.
