You will be able to create the Responsive display ads using the
AdGroupAdService
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.services#google.ads.googleads.v0.services.AdGroupAdService>
and
the MutateAdGroupAdsRequest
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.services#google.ads.googleads.v0.services.MutateAdGroupAdsRequest>.
The Ad types that can be created are listed here
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.resources#ad>
. These
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v0.common#google.ads.googleads.v0.common.ResponsiveDisplayAdInfo>

the parameters that can be set for a responsive display ad. You may refer
to the AddExpandedTextAds.java
