If you are trying to update the bids of individual nodes in a product
partition, you could use the AdGroupCriterionService.mutate()
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupCriterionService#mutate>
and update the bids
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupCriterionService.BiddingStrategyConfiguration#bids>.
You can point to the specific node using the Id
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdGroupCriterionService.ProductPartition#id>
attribute of the product partition criterion. You could refer to the
UpdateKeyword
<https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/master/examples/adwords_axis/src/main/java/adwords/axis/v201809/basicoperations/UpdateKeyword.java>
sample in Java for a reference and make changes to update the product
partition

criterion. Samples in other languages can be found here
