Through the API it is currently not possible to retrieve the preview link
of responsive ads. We have raised a feature request with the team. We will
not be able to share a definite timeline of when this feature will be
available. Please keep an eye on our blog

To pull the "pk" and "ocid" parameters, you could try posting the concern
on the Advertisers Community form
<https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-AdWords/ct-p/Google_AdWords#>

see if the product experts have any suggestions.
