Hello Ankit,
Your email address has Read only access to the account, hence you are
unable to perform the action specified. You can login with the user having
Admin or Standard access to create new token. To see all the users and
their access level, you could click on the settings Icon and then Account
access tab after logging into the Google Ads account. Please let me know if
