<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.services#google.ads.googleads.v1.services.CampaignCriterionOperation>
for
each campaign criterion you are adding but multiple operations can be made
in a single API call. From the example I provided earlier, you'll see that
3 operations are being made for a single API call.
