Hello Zied,
You should be able to create multiple entities like Campaign, AdGroup and
AdGroupAd in one go using the Batch jobs with temporary ids, you can refer
this
guide

for
more information. You could refer this code sample
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/samples/java/campaign-management#add-a-campaign-using-batchjobservice>
on
how to use temporary Ids in JAVA, code samples in other languages can be
