Unfortunately, the bid suggestion feature is currently not supported in the
KeywordPlanIdeaService
<https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/google.ads.googleads.v1.services#keywordplanideaservice>
of
the Google Ads API. You can keep an eye on our blog

In PHP's new library , it is supported.
