Hello Marc, Since you have one account that is in activa state, you should get at least that account while making the ListAccessibleCustomers API call. I recommend you to create a new set of OAuth credentials with the user having access to the account: 830-524-8323 using an incognito window. If you are still facing the issue, please share the error log, Query snippet you are suing and the email address that is used to create oAuth credentials using reply privately to the author option.
