I want to get Stanrard access level for account. At this doc: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/access-levels link https://www.google.com/appserve/fb/forms/standardaccess/ returns 404 Forbidden. Other link https://services.google.com/fb/forms/apicontact/ returns 403 Forbidden too. What should I do to get Standard access level?
