Hi Nate, Yes, the IdeaTextFilterSearchParamater can only accommodate up to 200 (included/excluded) keywords per request. So processing all your keywords would require you to make quite a number of requests.
As for extracting your keywords, you should be able to use the Keywords Performance Report and use the IsNegative = True to extract those you have excluded. As for the Account Status field in the Google Ads UI's Keyword Planner, I'm afraid that this is currently not supported. You may refer to this documentation for the available information that can be retrieved using the TargetingIdeaService. I hope this helps.
