We'd like to be able to create ads, adGroups and campaigns through the Ads Api in bulk, but we need to store the id that's generated by said create on a row in our DB that represents the entity in google. It looks like all that's returned on create is list of "resource names". How do we add enough context to these entities so that we can reliably re-associate them w/ the record in our system?
