I had the same issue as Ben, He created an issue May 2nd, https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/issues/397. He didn't seem to receive any response from the team.
So I posted my own Jun, 19th https://github.com/googleads/googleads-python-lib/issues/413 So far nothing either. Maybe the google ads api team has a more efficient way to reach the python library's team and get some light on the matter. Would be greatly appreciated.
