Hi Qaiser,

One more thought - based on the structure of your query I'm assuming you 
intended the "+" to be interpreted literally. Looking at the documentation for 
GAQL the "+" is an operator used to represent one of more of a specific 
character. In order to have it interpreted literally you will need to escape it 
with two backslashes, so the below should also work for you:

"%\\+%"
