Hi, On the AdWords API perspective, we have:
Geo Performance Report : Includes all statistics aggregated at the country/territory level, one row per country/territory. You may also filter this report by CampaignId, CampaignName. Campaign Location Target Report : Summarizes the performance of campaigns by location-based CampaignCriterion. You may also refer to this mapping guide to see the concepts and naming conventions for reports in the Google Ads UI to the comparable AdWords API reports. Specifically, you may check the Geographic Report and User Locations Report section for the Geo Performance Report, Campaigns Location Target Report section for the Campaign Location Target Report.
