So I can better investigate the issue, could you provide your clientCustomerId 
and the complete report definition you used when you generated the Shopping 
Performance Report? You may send the details using the Reply privately to 
author option.

Also, if you have any Merchant Center related concerns, you may reach out to 
their support team instead, via this link, as this is already outside of our 
scope.
