If you check https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/7501826 you can 
see the calculations. The formula looks to be
Search top impression rate = Impressions on top/Impressions
so you would need to use impressions for each of the percentages to get the 
actual number of impressions on top for each row and then divide that total 
by total impressions.
