In this case, you may use the asset resource to pull the specific asset details. The ad_group_ad_asset_view should be used to pull the specific ad group ad's asset details.
Similarly, if you're using AdWords API, the specific campaign currently, does not have any App campaign Ads. You may use the AssetService.get() operation to pull the asset details.
