I am using a test account, does that mean that on a production account such appended values on keyword will not appear? --> Yes, dummy data such as the one you just encountered shouldn't appear when using a production account. As per my earlier explanations the API returns category IDs that are not in the documentation, is that a bug? if so where should I report it? --> The full mapping of the categories supported in the AdWords API are listed in the link you provided previously. As for the IDs you do not recognize, it may not be considered to be bugs as the factor that you are using a test account may indicate that these are also dummy IDs. However, since this is a more product (Google Ads) related concern, I would suggest you to post in the Google Ads Help Community for further guidance as to where the unidentified IDs you encountered originated. Also could you elaborate on the relation to products that you mentioned? --> I'm sorry for the confusion. What I meant by "product" is the Google Ads itself which includes the UI side.
