Hi Igor, Apologies for the delay in response. The App Campaigns for Engagement are currently supported through Google Ads API. You could use campaign resource to retrieve the campaign data where campaign.advertising_channel_sub_type field will give APP_CAMPAIGN_FOR_ENGAGEMENT for these campaigns.
