I am generating the Geo Performance report using the AdWords API. I am accessing the "City Criteria Id" attribute. The report generated gives me the ID for different cities but I am unable to find the name of the cities corresponding to the ID. I came across this link https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/geotargeting, but the file does not specify city names for the corresponding codes. It only gives information about different country codes.
