Hi Ky,

Thanks for reaching out. With regards to your concern about pausing keywords 
within the ad group, you can use the AdGroupCriterionService and set the status 
of the AdGroupCriterion to PAUSED. You can follow the update keywords example 
here but set the ad_group_criterion.status to PAUSED instead.
