Hi Anthony, I am using new Google Ads PHP Lib(beta).
The UI can take any url, that can automatically converted to channel, so thought it might be possible using API. So, I would only do the following criteria to exclude. 1. ContentLabel <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerNegativeCriterionService.ContentLabel> 2. MobileAppCategory <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerNegativeCriterionService.MobileAppCategory> 3. MobileApplication <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerNegativeCriterionService.MobileApplication> 4. Placement <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerNegativeCriterionService.Placement> 5. YouTubeChannel <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerNegativeCriterionService.YouTubeChannel> 6. YouTubeVideo <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CustomerNegativeCriterionService.YouTubeVideo> 7.
