Hi Jarek, Thank you for reaching out. When you create the ad you only fill in one final URL. However, this url could redirect to other URLs. ad_group_ad.ad.final_urls returns a list of possible final URLs after all cross-domain redirects for the ad. Let me know if you have any further questions.
