Hi Ilya, Thank you for reaching out. Yes, you could achieve this by using the Adwords API. As you have many customers and you won't be managing their accounts nor do you have any access to customer/client AD accounts, you would consider using the Web Application type OAuth2 authentication. You could start using the client library and start making your first API call and then gradually building up your application. You could refer to this guide on how to set up the API.
