Hi Jason, Thank you for reaching out to us. You should be able to create a test client account under a test MCC account by using this example from the client libraries via the API. In the UI, you should be able to go to your test manager account, click the blue "+" button in Accounts, enter in some details and click "Save and Continue". This should create a test account under your manager account. Let me know if you have further concerns.
