Upon taking a look at your developer token, I can see that it is only approved for Test Account access. The client customer ID that you have specified is a production account. In order to make an API request to a production account, your developer token must be approved for Basic Access or Standard Access. I suggest applying for Basic Access by filling out this form. Once your token has been approved for Basic Access, please try making your request again and let me know if you continue to experience issues.
