Hi All, Was there a resolution to this?
We're on V4 of Ads API using the Java client library. MAXIMIZE_CONVERSIONS is not available to set as a portfolio bidding strategy. Others have indicated they've had Google fix this for them? https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/6263072?hl=en confirms that MAXIMIZE_CONVERSIONS is a valid portfolio bidding strategy.
