Hello Harsh, I would suggest using the LocationCriteironService.query() and calling this query:
SELECT Id, DisplayType WHERE LocationName = "Washington,United States" AND Locale = en AND CountryCode = "US" LIMIT 0,100 I just gave it a try, and the first one that came back was the state of Washington.
