Hi Anthony, I've just checked the Google Ads Python issue tracker <https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-python/issues> and there already seems to exist a similar request <https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-python/issues/275>. The last answer of the maintainer is "That's a good idea - we'll consider it for a future release." That was about half a year ago and to date, no assignments have been made. So currently, there does not seem to be a way to set the default api version.
