Hi Guilherme, Thank you for reaching out. MUTATE_ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED_FOR_CLIENT indicates that a mutate action is not allowed on this campaign, from this client. The mutation of the Smart Campaigns is not available in the API. Another possibility is that the campaign was created using the AdWords Express.
