It is currently not supported to fetch Optimization Score in the Google Ads API. There is already a feature request to support Optimization Score in the Google Ads API. Please keep an eye on our blog for the announcements and updates on new releases. You could query the campaign resource and set the campaign.advertising_channel_type to “SEARCH” to fetch the metrics for Search Campaigns only.
