Hi API team, May I know if there is any best practice to manage budget via Google Ads API - account-level or campaign-level?
1.Account-level: It seems feasible to manage account budget via AccountBudgetProposal <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/billing/account-budgets>. However for new created AccountBudgetProposal objects have to be reviewed by Google, which need manual approval and can not be true automatic. Besides, only monthly-invoicing payment client can use account budget by HC <https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2375395?hl=en>. 2.Campaign-level: With shared CampaignBudget <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/campaigns/create-campaigns> it seems easy to create a new sharable CampaignBudget and then share with all other campaigns in same account. Wonder if is the best way to manage campaigns in account ?
