We manage a number of accounts via a software tool, and we have just
noticed today that a bunch of manager accounts suddenly lost access to
their customers. This occasionally happens for normal reason, but you can
see the following numbers indicate an unusual event:
21 [30 Nov 2020
3 [1 Dec 2020
1 [2 Dec 2020
3 [4 Dec 2020
2 [8 Dec 2020
2 [9 Dec 2020
1 [10 Dec 2020
1256 [14 Dec 2020
Some 704 of these regained access a few hours later. The event started at:
14 Dec 2020 11:47:41 GMT and ran until 14 Dec 2020 12:33:25 GMT. Access
was regained for many of these customers at 14 Dec 2020 12:49:43 GMT. Has
anyone else experienced this issue?
