Hi Vikram, Could you confirm if there were no errors that was returned in your request and response logs when uploading audiences?
Could you also perform an AdwordsUserListService.get() or UserListService request to verify the audience and size that was uploaded? If you still see differences between the APIs' services' results and the Google Ads UI, then you may note that the Google Ads UI recently changed to use a different mechanism for estimating list size. These changes will be applied to the API in the near future. For now, you may keep an eye on our blog for updates.
