Hi there!

Currently, I am trying to disable certain devices on the ad group level by
using AdGroupBidModifier with the appropriate device type and setting
`bid_modifier` to 0. Instead, I want to do the same on the Campaing level.
However, it seems that CampaignBidModifier does not support devices. I also
tried using CampaignCriterion to set bid_modifier to 0 but got the
following error: `Error: This operator cannot be applied to a criterion of
this type`.

My question is, how can I disable certain devices on the campaign level?
Thank you!
