Thank you for posting your concern.

The list_accessible_customers can only used to return the list of accounts 
where your authenticated user has been added with admin or other rights in the 
account. This does not include all accounts within the account hierarchy. 
Please see this document to read more information about List Accessible 
Accounts.

If you want to get all the accounts under a specific manager account, then I 
would recommend referring to this document. Aside from providing the list of 
accounts under the MCC account, it will also return the account hierarchy from 
the top MCC to the lowest client account.
